Lodging Policies
The Nicewonder Yurts are a truly unique experience, and our primary goal is to make each and every guest’s stay to be memorable and tailored to their needs and likes. In order to be able to provide the highest degree of hospitality, we have implemented certain policies and procedures that are commensurate with that goal in mind, and appreciate your understanding of the need for these. We invite you to review our policies so that you will know what to expect from booking to departure.
DEPOSIT
We require a 100% deposit at the time of booking. The deposit applies to the fulfillment of your designated length of stay. Early departure results in forfeiture of deposit. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa. Virginian Members may charge their stay to their Virginian Account.
CANCELLATION
Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, your original deposit will be forfeited.
CHECK-IN | CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm, daily. Check-out is by 11:00 am daily. Due to our small number of yurts, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.
PETS
All of our yurts are pet-friendly. We limit pets to a maximum of two pets (dogs or cats only). You may review our entire agreement by clicking the button below, prior to making a reservation.
If there is no availability for pets during your stay, we are happy to recommend kennels close to Nicewonder Farm & Vineyards. We do allow service animals in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
